This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the indoor swimming pool and spa center were exceptional and provided me with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the restaurant served delicious meals with special diet menus available upon request.
The TV in my room had limited channels available, which was a minor inconvenience.

staff and location are superb, and the hotel is kept fairly clean. fairly large suite and very comfy bed. reasonably comfortable property, 0.5 miles from incheon airport. this hotel offers bus shuttle too.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short shuttle ride away from the airport, making our arrival stress-free. The staff were kind and welcoming, and they even provided free snacks and drinks upon check-in. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, which had a kitchenette and a washer/dryer; perfect for a longer stay.
There were some downsides to our stay.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, so we ended up eating out instead.

The complementary breakfast and dinner were a nice surprise. The hotel's location was convenient due to the short walk to public transportation and nearby shopping areas. Additionally, the room had a great view and was kept clean throughout our stay.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the room was overly warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
